From the constant communication to all parties involved to the smoothest transaction I have experienced as a realtor.I was working with a first time home buyer for over a year trying to find the perfect home. When he first started this process (a year ago) the market was at an all time high and we werent able to compete with the $50k+ over asking price so he decided to rent one more year. We are new home buyers and had a lot of questions. Travis answered them and clarified them with quick responses. Before I spoke to Travis, I thought we were going to need to wait at least one or two more years before being able to buy a home. Travis was able to work our loan out to our needs and we were under contract within 2 weeks! Without his encouragement, I probably would have bailed on the whole process. But he was eager to mock up numbers for us quickly even though I told him it probably wouldnt work. He kept serving us. Without his help, I would not be homeowner right now.ALSO He met us at the title company with some of his home brewed beer. I hesitate to share that here because I dont want you to think this review has anything to do with his marketing or his beer. HOWEVER. The beer is very good. You can tell hes worked at it to get a balanced beverage. The Clear to Close blonde is what you want to drink while youre moving. The Pre-approvAle honey amber is exactly what you want to drink after the move. And if you dont drink beer, he was very courteous to call ahead of time to ask if we minded if he brought it. So dont let that deter you from using him as your lender. He will work wonders for you.
