As a realtor, Carolina Silva is one of my go to lenders to recommend my clients. She is incredibly responsive and works around the clock to make sure we have what we need to get the buyers I represent into the homes they love. She is very quick with her pre-approval process and always on her game. But the mark of a truly great lender is someone who keeps you in the loop when things don’t go as planned (which is often the case in real estate). If there is anyway she can help, she will do everything possible to make sure we are informed and updated along the way. That’s all to say you can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. What other lender would drive 3 hours round trip just to meet a client for their closing? 5 stars all day everyday!! Thank you Carolina!

Carolina was amazing! She made the process easier on me as a first-time homebuyer by answering all my questions and ensuring all steps were taken to close on time. Thanks to Carolina for making my first home buying experience as easy as it gets. Walked me through every step of the way, and was a quick call or text away from any questions I had. No matter what time of the day it was, she was quick to respond. At the end of the process when it was time to close, things got a little hectic. With all that, she went out of her way and drove an hour to where I was, just to make sure I closed on time and didn’t miss out on the home I wanted. Even after I closed, she’s still there following up and making sure things are going smooth for me. She’s awesome!

In late 2023, I work with Carolina Silva as my lender along side our relator, Alma Rodgriguez, and made my dreams come true! Carolina is well educated, punctual, and does her due diligence to make purchasing a home so easy! Although I was moving into the DFW area from 2+ hours away, she made it possible to get our loan process approved within 2 weeks! She was so communicative and answered any questions my husband and I had about our loan. She made it possible for us to close on our house in order to welcome my mom in from Chicago during the Thanksgiving holidays!
