Very helpful and attentive staff, I needed a lot of assistance and answers to my questions (there were a lot) McCoys team made and took the time to make sure I understood the answer to all my questions.Very helpful in planning finances and looking at different scenarios for all the different homes I looked at.More realistic approval than a few competitors I talked to and they beat their rates. Not sure how approval or rates work in this business but they were better.I recommend this team based on how easy they are to work with and how quickly they got everything done (pre approval/ close / etc) and lastly they communicate constantly and reach out without needing to be contacted first; that shows you are front of mind / on a calendar.Already sent my boss their way and he is undergoing his first home buying process now.
