Mason is the best! I’m closing my second loan with Mason and I’ll never use anyone else. He’s very good at setting your expectations up front and collecting a lot of info during the prequalification process so the back end underwriting goes very smoothly. Clear sign of a real pro 👌🏼I’ve now closed both an FHA and conventional loan with Mason and he’s really good at knowing what your best options are and communicating with you upfront so you can make an informed decision as you shop for a home.In a competitive environment for buyers, Mason is a godsend. Before we had even put in an offer on the home we were in love with this time, Mason had already called the sellers agent to put in a good word for us and assure them we had the ability to close. He got the job done, and actually did everything he said he was going to which isnt the case with a lot of lenders who often promised things then when its time to show you the details the promises are broken. This was not the case with us. He paid keen attention to detail, was always available night or day and kept us in the loop. The process went quick, and without too many snags. He and his team worked my VA loan in an extremely professional, courteous, and timely manner. My family and I are so grateful to them. There were literally no hiccups or problems. Their portal is awesome and the loan process was painless. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, they work their tails off. Plus hes named after a motorcycle company...can you say that about your loan officer?
