If i could rate 100 stars I would. Josh and the team made my home buying experience amazing. The communication was top notch and they went above and beyond to make sure i understood every part of the process. As a first time buyer it can be overwhelming and i was fortunate enough to not ever feel that way. Because of Josh, Melinda, and the whole team, i am in a home i love and with a great experience. I highly recommend the Martinez team and will forever be thankful for their dedication, experience and making this a great experience for me.
