Everything I could have hoped for in mortgage financing, and more! Chris Kelso in his team went the extra mile to help us out of a very stressful situation. They were thorough, professional and accommodating to my unique work situation where other lenders refused to even answer my calls. They provided coaching on how to collect everything I needed to prove my reliability as a borrower, and now, thanks to them - my wife and I have our home! Chris was fast, communicative, cool and collected. But he was also very realistic and diligent at every step in vetting us and our situation. Ultimately, he set us up with a great mortgage product that wound up saving us HUNDREDS of dollars on a monthly payment over what I had seen on disclosures from another lender. Amazing experience working with Chris and his team. Highly recommend to everyone!

The experience of starting the home buying journey earlier this year was beyond disappointing and disheartening until the Kelso Group powered by APM showed up in our lives. Introduced to my husband and me by Raul & Gina Arriondo of Keller-Williams, best real estate agents in Texas, Chris Kelso amazed. When a lender can reinfuse dignity back into a process that should never be sullied it speaks volumes about their character. I would and am recommending these consummate professionals to anyone in the market to purchase real estate. They are second to NONE!
