The Josh Allyn team was absolutely amazing to work with. My wife and I started the home journey process in January of this year, not even knowing where to begin or having prepared extensively. The first contact we had in this process was with Josh Allyn. In the beginning, we went through the basic steps of the process and what it would entail. After pulling our credit reports, Josh Allyn had even worked up a plan to get our scores where they needed to be. We were able to purchase our home with a down payment assistance program that Josh Allyn qualified us for, coming out of pocket with nothing for a down payment. After finding a home and submitting an offer, the whole team stepped in and the paperwork seemed to never end, but it was good knowing they were all working hard on our behalf. The entire process was fairly simple because of the offered transparency and communication between everyone. We closed today, with absolutely no issues. We highly recommend Josh Allyn and his team for all your mortgage needs. Guaranteed they can help you and will go above and beyond.

It was wonderful working with the Gateway Mortgage Group. I was lucky to work with Jesus. I came in looking for an FHA loan with TSAHC down payment assistance. Without prompt, Jesus found a separate down payment assistance program that had better interest rates locking me in at a 6.375% rate. To top it off, he even found a grant for an additional $1000 in assistance! I went from putting in an offer to closing in under 3 weeks. It was a stress free process. I would recommend them to everyone.
