Chuck and his team were amazing! Having worked with multiple lenders in the past, Chuck was hands-down the most professional, thorough, and attentive. I appreciated his teams attention to detail and excellent communication - including exceptionally fast followup to any questions I had along the way. I also appreciate working with a team that keeps loans in-house instead of selling them to banks and other lenders. Anyone who has had their loans sold to third-parties will likely appreciate this as well.Closing was a breeze because Chuck and his team took the time to send all documents to me electronically well-before closing to allow for e-sign of any documents that didnt need to be signed in person at the title company. This was a nice touch and made closing much faster and less stressful.I would highly recommend Chuck and his team to anyone in the area looking to secure funding for a property.

This Summer past, my wife & I found our retirement cabin (a boyhood dream for me!) but were having a challenging time finding someone knowledgeable about log homes and experience with the Veterans Administration. Chuck & his team valiantly championed our cause fiscally with his institution and bureaucratically with the VA.We are now well settled as Texas homesteaders and indebted to Chuck for his support & patience during the prolonged process which brought our dream to fruition! Our appreciation for all his skill & guidance in negotiating the process which now has us blessed in our little cabin on a hilltop meadow overlooking the lake.With the joy & rejuvenation of Spring, I share some photos from just this week capturing the eventide glow with the blooming abundance of Bluebonnets & Indian Paintbrush from our wood line. The experience I had through the Jones Team has been far past expectations! They took the dive in and looked through my credit as I was 6 points shy of where they needed it to be. After taking care what I needed to I had an approval letter in 3 weeks. A huge shout out to Taylor Owings and Nate Russ for their hand on getting everything needed to get me closed on my home! When my husband and I initially started on the home buying journey, we were lost and uncertain of the possibilities, affordability, and where we stood for qualification. Luckily, when we reached out to The Chuck Jones Team, it was like magic. Chuck and Jennifer were able to recommend the most appropriate loan product for our needs and we had a pre-qualification letter in hand very quickly, which literally opened doors. They not only walked with us through the process, answering questions and educating us along the way but made sure to get to know as people, not a loan number or value.
