I had a consultation with the Gifford Group to help me with a refinance (and the other steps that come with removing my name from the deed, etc.) of a home as a result of a divorce. Even though I am located in North Carolina, Scotty was able to meet and cover all the necessary topics virtually. Due to factors outside of their control, we were unable to move forward with their services, however Scotty chose to provide so much helpful information and guidance regardless. It meant a lot to receive such clear and easy-to-understand information after months of trying to figure out what to do on my own. Scotty was very personable and I can tell he cares about the work he does and people he helps.
