Lisa and her team at Angel Oak Home Loans were outstanding. I own a business, which makes it incredibly difficult to get a mortgage. Lisa managed every aspect of this process from gathering all the information I needed from my various businesses to personally hounding people who werent doing their jobs (like the appraiser and underwriter). No stone is left unturned with her and her team. I worked with 3 other mortgage brokers who couldnt get me a loan. It was clear they only had experience with W2 employees. Lisa was more educated than anyone else Ive talked to. If you have a hard loan because you own a business, you need to talk with Lisa--shell make it happen. -

Ive recently financed a home with Angel Oak. My mortgage advisor was Oktay Demirdal. I had to reach out to my advisor and his team a few times for clarifications/guidance and they were very responsive, even in weekends. In the end theyve closed in the promised 30 days with no issues. Their rate and closing costs were also competitive. I do recommend their services. -

I worked with Earl Proeger at Angel Oak Home Loans. He was by far the best loan officer I have ever worked with. The last time I got a home loan, it was through a credit union and it was such a headache, with surprising new charges at every turn. Earl was able to answer every question I had and even give me useful information about the crazy market we are in now. If it werent for him and my realtor Rachael Peterson, there is no way I would be getting a house right now. They worked tirelessly and even answered calls on weekends and evenings when I would call them worried about some new thing. I cant recommend them enough. If you need a house loan, Angel Oak Home Loans is the place to go and Earl Proeger is the man to see. -
