First National Bank of Central Texas is the friendliest, warmest bank I have ever used and extremely professional. They are the most responsive bank in my husbands 48 years in real estate and truly go the extra mile to work with you in any need with excellent customer service. I highly recommend it.

I would like to recognize Damian Rodriguez, who is currently at the Waco location, but was formerly at the China Spring location. Damian exemplifies the absolute best in customer service. He is genuinely interested in assisting the customer; he is courteous; he is observant and detail-oriented; he listens and provides constructive solutions for financial and banking matters; and, he always conducts himself in a truly professional manner. Damian makes banking with FNBCT a very positive experience.

Everyone is always friendly. A few months back my car broke down, One of the customers called his friend and he came to fix it for free. While I was waiting, three different employees came out and asked if I need a jump or a tow etc. Everyone is very friendly, love my bank!❤️
