I initially started the lending process through a large bank, assuming that because I was already a long-time mortgage client with them, the service and interest rates would be optimal. After weeks of trudging through the process and reacting to errant requests for documentation and attestations I was denied lending. We approached Brianna about securing funds for the new house (with an extremely compressed timeline) and she immediately went to work. Her communications were clear and concise, and she thoroughly explained every aspect of the process. Despite a very convoluted asset portfolio and income history, Brianna was able to not only expeditiously secure lending for us, but to also do so in such a way as to refine the terms of our mortgage, to our greatest benefit. She is a consummate professional and absolutely unstoppable as an advocate for her client. I cannot picture a loan officer working harder or more efficiently than Brianna did for us and I am truly grateful for her efforts in securing a new home for our family!

She always answered the phone to answer any questions I had and if she didn’t have an answer she found out and got back with me in a reasonable fashion. We had a very long closing over 3 months and she was always on top of everything throughout the whole process and made it a point to always keep me updated and communicate on a regular basis to make sure everyone was on the same page. Hopefully this will be our forever home but if I ever were to buy another one Brianna and her team with be my first call 10/10 experience with above and beyond service can’t recommend them enough!!

Very knowledgeable and professional, she was able to close my home in 27 days (Today was closing actually). 27 DAYS!!! Thats ridiculously fast! Not to mention the house warming gift she gave at closing was a fantastic touch.I will definitely be using her again and you should too!
