Chelsea and the Amaya team are amazing! A year ago they helped my husband and I get into our wonderful home and worked so quickly after us having a bad experience with a previous mortgage team. They picked up all the pieces and got us into our home! They always answered our calls any time of the day and got us our answers we needed! Chelsea was the fourth mortgage lender we reached out to after 3 others failed to respond to emails and phone calls during the great house hunt of 2020. We couldn’t get anyone to help us with our refi because all lenders seemed to be focused on their new accounts. Chelsea and her team gave us first class service from the beginning and never made our refi seem like anything other than their top priority. She was super responsive and was able to get everything closed as quickly as she promised. They even sent us a cute, personalized gift following our closing. My realtor spoke highly of Chelsea, so I decided to give her a call and see if she could help. I spoke with Chelsea directly, and she assisted me with documents the other bank was needing. I wasn’t even her customer at the time! I continued the process with my bank for several months then decided to contact Chelsea to see how we could get around the mess the other bank was making. She suggested a plan, and we dove in. You will not regret working with her team! -
