I wanted to give praise to the entire home loan team at Texell. The loan experts, Terry, Ariel and Shubham displayed excellent service, responsiveness and overall wonderful customer service. They were patient, explained things in great detail and made our experience very pleasant. Each one of them were amazing to work with and that is very hard to come by these days. A long-time customer of Texell, I met with loan officer Terry Zikes a few months ago to discuss Texells services. When my 22-year-old daughter expressed her interest in buying a home and had several queries regarding the loan process, I immediately thought of Terrys expertise in the field and reached out to him for help. Terry answered all her questions and recommended that she attend the First Time Homebuyer class sponsored by Texell.The class was very informative, and my daughter gained valuable insights about home-buying. When she was ready to buy a car, she chose to go through Texell for her loan because of the quality of service that Mr. Zikes provided and because Texell had the best interest rates.I recommend going through Texell for all your loan service needs, and if you want to work with someone who is knowledgeable and cares about the customers experience, then Terry Zikes is the right person to contact.
