I have now closed three loans with TXBMC and every minute went as smooth as glass. My loan officer, Lisa Lockwood, explained everything clearly, gave me good advice on what product would be best for me and kept me informed every step of the way. Love this mortgage company! Im in my dream home now but if I ever move or buy a rental home, I will DEFINITELY use them again!

I have done several mortgages with Texas Bank Mortgage. Amanda Conrad is hands-down the most knowledgeable person there. If youre looking for the best mortgage fit for you, you need to give her a call. She has a TON of loan program options that I had never even heard of before. Cant go wrong!

I seen a lot of complains about this bank, but my experience with them specially with our loan Carmen officer Lupercio was excellent... She helped more that we ask for on our mortgage loan, we close our home 6 weeks ago and they treated us very well... So I will make business with this people again.

My experience buying a home with Texas Mortgage was stressful because of the time the entire process took, [6+- months], in addition to the fact that until a few weeks after closing, I was asked again for employer information that I had submitted months before because The person responsible for my file went on vacation and did not leave the documents at hand, in the end I managed to close the contract but with difficulties on the part of the bank staff who do not know how to work as a team. The bank has LOANS for people who only have ITIN.
