    Seriously the best place we been to actually We tried going different places and I’m amazed so far of everything the customer service is AMAZING -JADEN is working with my family to look for the perfect place and so far everything is going amazing he showed us some lovely homes and it’s not even about How much you have is about the way THEY TREATED US FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOW AND JUST ALWAYS keeping me updated! Seriously I can’t tell anyone enough to go! If you are looking for something and for them to work with you to find you the perfect mobile home this is the place to go ! And I mean THE PERFECT MOBILE HOME!     Marty and Dan are truly God sent and such amazing people!! They helped us so much and made the buying process go so smoothly! Something we have been trying to do for years only took 3 weeks with Marty and Dan!! Everyone, everywhere else, gave us nothing but broken promises and false hope. But Marty and Dan were very straightforward and told us what had to be done to get things done! I gave Marty a list of what was required and how it could work one way or another. Well, she did her magic and gave me both ways in one!!! Now I truly have my dream home thanks to her!!     I will rave about Marty and Dan always! I was given Dans number and was told that he could help get us an approval we wanted. I honestly was not going to call him because I was tried of all the empty promises from all other companies who promised they could or would help get us the approval we were looking for. Dan ended up calling us and we decided to give it one last shot. I still remember him saying start packing because im gonna get you that approval within the next week we were meeting with Marty looking at homes. She was able to find us a beautiful farm style home that was delivered the very next month. They are always readily available to answer any and all questions. They helped us out in any way they possibly could. The process with them was extremly fast and super easy. I will forever continue to refer people to them. When they say they can help, they can!

We shopped at several mobile home places that say the have the best deals but nothing compares to the better deal we do found at Texas new Mobile homes. If you are buying a home or looking to buy, this is the place to go. We recommend our friends and family. They helped through the entire process and always available to answer questions. Great and super easy experience overall everyone here was very helpful for me and my fiancΓ© getting our first brand new mobile home with brand new appliances and features they even install and hook up your central a/c. And our sales rep letti was awesome with helping us close this deal. I highly recommend this company if your looking to buy , trade or sell they make great deals happen for everyone
