Halley was my loan officer and from the first moment, him and his team treated me like I was buying a million dollar home when, in fact, Im sure my loan at 250K was probably one of the smaller ones on the books for them. Most of the time this process requires dynamic thought and is not always straightforward. You will not find this type of service from most — if you fall outside of the pre-programmed spreadsheet then you will be denied or pushed off.

Mike has handled multiple refinances for us but, we got distracted by a fancy fake rate that ended up WAY higher than promised.
