Adrian from this location is absolutely amazing! I had a loan with the bank for a few years and he was always pleasant to work with. He is so patient and understanding and will try to help to the best of his ability. If you ever have the opportunity to work with him, do it... you wont be disappointed. Customer service isnt what it once was, so it was very refreshing.

I was 1 of the 1st customers when they opend this branch & ive never really had any issues w the employees. They always were polite. Now over 20+ yrs later all the employees have moved on & ive lived n hitchcock 16.5yrs lol. But other than one issue they have always treated me politely & im broke. They have more atms n the cnty than anyone else. I just wish they wood let me kick my ex eife off my acct. We been div sense 2010 & shes still on my acct. Its a computer program so tell it to let me kick her off it. Shes not been on the checks for 8yrs lol
