My mom and I came in last week, and Thami and Luis were so nice to us. They helped so much and took time to explain what we were there for. When I came back in today, they remembered who I was and asked about my mom. I will drive the extra miles to see them. Thank you so much for your patience with us.

I left Chase Bank after 25 years. My Fiancee talked me in to going to Texas First Bank. Wow! The customer service is outstanding. Thami Smith help me get my account set up and showed me what all the Teaxs First Bank offers. Thami help me set up the uo and showed me all the features. No one else has ever done that for me. Also she has followed up twice since I opened the account to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions. Go see Thami Smith. She is awesome.

I recently changed to Texas First Bank from a conglomerate bank. The difference was immediate. They made me feel as if they wanted my business, not just would take it. They are quick to respond to emails with any question you may need help with. I typically go through their drive-thru. Samantha is always there with a smile and a high energy. She loves her job and it shows. She makes you enjoy having to gotta go to the bank. An absolute pleasure.

Thami handled all of the services needed during my visit. Very professional. When a challenge came up, Thami found a solution with diligent persistence, reassuring me the whole time.
