    Phavy has been our banker for a while. She has been helpful every step of the way anything I need done is just a phone call away. She’s an amazing person and go out her way to help us. I think any bank would be lucky to have her her or Customer Service.

    This place is awesome. I’ve been coming to this location a long time and let me say I can go on & on about how great this place is. The staff are very nice, pleasant, and always so helpful, and nothing better than walking in a place and everyone knows who you are , even it’s been a while , and the staff always has a smile on their face when helping you. Hands down great place and staff.

    The entire staff is excellent and professional. Phavy is especially perfect to any banking needs. I was greeted by everyone once I walked in. I will come to Katy location for all my banking needs. I will close all my accounts if they close the Katy location or replace the staff at the Katy location.

    This bank has to be one of the best customer service oriented banks ever. Eimi was the banking service rep that helped me today. I had a lot of special requests and needs to open a new account. Not only was she able to make every request happen, she was also very quick, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Eimi was able to process everything via phone and email. Upon my arrival she had every last detail set up and ready to go for me. Im looking forward to a long great experience with this organization. I have never seen any big corporation banking system run this efficient and provide the level of customer service I experienced today! Thank you Eimi and Texas first bank!
