I’m very happy I choose this home town bank with very personal service.Now question is wrong for them, now service hard or annoying . People in the bank tray to help every time. I always prefer to go in and speak with a person, but they help on the phone is same quality.Every young person knows , what to do. Texas First Bank is the single greatest bank Ive ever been a member of. Fast lines, great service, and all served with a smile in an experience you only find at TFB. Texas first bank is the best financial institution of them all, and the Broadway location is the best branch of the best bank. John, Rene, Lindsey and Gloria are the most skilled and lovely bankers Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Not only would I trust my money to them, I would trust my life to these talented and attractive tellers. I wish I could give them infinity stars!

I am a home health nurse so I travel all over Galveston county. I’ve used the branches in La Marque and Texas City and nobody, I mean nobody, compares to Gloria and the crew at Galveston’s Broadway branch. I joined Texas First for that hometown banking touch and you definitely get it there. They are awesome! Even though I moved from Galveston, I will still drive there to take care of all my banking needs. It’s worth the drive to deal with such genuine people!

The best facets of Texas First Bank are the customer care driven employees, like Daniel. You can see how proud he and other employees are to work for TFB and it radiates through the way they treat their customers. I will recommend this bank to others because of employees like him.

The Broadway location is always most helpful. I am in there multiple times a day and all the ladies inside, Jana, Lindsay, and Svete along with the gentleman Homero are so sweet and patient. Definitely a 10/10 for this location and Texas First in general. Also Renata with VISA is a huge help, and Sanja in the wire department!

This is the only bank that i found in Galveston that offers account choices without monthly fees. Its been very useful for stay home mom like me that only use my account once in a while. I strongly recommend them for moms and even workers!

If online banking is a priority for you, know that you will have problems with the website not allowing you to save your password, and lockouts. Also you cannot get a copy of the checks you deposit unless you go into the bank.Redeeming qualities: The managers are very friendly and helpful when you go into the bank.

This TFB location on 24th & Broadway is awesome. Everyone is always so helpful, especially Gloria Todaro! She is amazing. I recommend them to anyone who is searching for an excellent bank to do business with.

I live in houston texas and made a trip to galveston to visit with my people.i ended up losing my identification card there.i went and got another one but today in my mailbox was a letter from texas first bank.it was my ID card that I had lost previously.thank yall so much for making sure I got it back.we need more people like your bank thank you.
