    Had the best experience opening up an account here. Brooklynn Taylor helped me and she was so sweet and patient. She answered all of my questions and was so kind about it, she was also very professional and made sure I was really well taken care of, you can tell she really cares that you have a great experience. The other staff were very friendly as well and I loved the environment. Definitely recommending my family and friends to bank here.

    It is very refreshing to have a bank with individuals that truly care. Brooklynn Taylor was a fantastic teller for me the other day as I did not have everything I needed to make deposits and she quickly helped take care of everything for me.     I have been Banking with Texas First Bank for years. The staff is always super friendly. Asia is Amazing! She has served me several times is always so professional, polite and consistent! Any banking issues that needed to be resolved she quickly attended too and I appreciate her hard work!

You cannot ask for more professional and friendly bankers, including Brooklynn who helped me today.     When I moved to Conroe from Mont Belvieu, Texas, I needed a bank near me. I chose Texas First Bank. Man am I ever so glad I did! Danielle Zapata helped me open my account with friendliness and ease. She always goes above and beyond every time I visit. She is so welcoming! I cant say enough good about her.

    I’ve been with tfb for over 30 years. I came from Galveston to Montgomery two years ago and had the pleasure of using the branch in Conroe texas. Danielle and Brooklyn have been the best. They feel family to me now. I highly recommend this bank

    Moved to Texas 4 months ago and I was looking for a friendly small town feel bank. I found that bank and it’s definitely TFB. Miss Phavy has made it an excellent experience for us to transition here in Conroe. If your looking for a great bank, try them out. You won’t be disappointed. They go above and beyond to help you.

    We are not a current full time customer but came into the bank to execute a beneficiary IRA. We have tried several other banks including the one we bank at (chase) and were given the run around and they took a day to return our call or flat did not call back.We decided to go to TX First Bank and talk to them since the IRA was through that bank. We scheduled an appointment and Ms. Phavy was the person that contacted us ahead of time and asked how they could help. We cannot thank Ms.Phavy enough for the five star service we recieved and the knowledge she had upon the particular subject. If these people treat a non customer like 5 stars think what being a customer will be like!!! Thank you so much for outstanding service.

    This is a wonderful bank where each customer counts. The employees are wonderful and so helpful. You can get interest on your checking account and a refund on your ATM fees. No service charge either. I would highly recommend this awesome bank to anyone.

    Been a longtime Texas First Bank customer but this location goes beyond customer satisfaction. I had to dispute a transaction and there visa credit card department said it came from the bank. The bank said I need to talk with visa department. After 4 bank and visa repsenatives failed to help me I decided to turn the best and loyal banker Phavy. She resolved the issue for me and sent me a e mail after the bank closed to inform me the problem was just resolved. Phavy is the best

    They are a great bank. But, in todays world it would be helpful if they would be open on Saturdays at least half day. Also they need ATM machines that accept cash/check deposits. I hope they read this and rethink their policies on these issues.
