Andy Ford & Karla Richardson are outstanding loan pros. They helped me close a hard deal which had been majorly delayed by the surveyor and the seller would probably not have extended the contract. Very impressed with their professionalism, Very Grateful!Just closed another 2 tracts with Andy & Karla. I have a wonderful family who own tire stores in Tyler that I get to work for, the daughter wanted to buy a tract to build her dream home but was having a problem getting financing from her bank. I referred her to Andy and I was delighted to hear from her the next day saying she was approved. Then he got her parents approved for an adjacent tract. I mean outstanding professionalism!
