We used Heritage Land Bank in Palestine for the first time in the summer of 2021 for a construction loan on our home and Jacob was so helpful in guiding us through the process! Everyone has been friendly and helpful any time we’ve had questions or needed assistance. I regularly recommend them to friends and will continue to do so!

I recently purchased some land and was in need of a lender. I got a recommendation from a friend who spoke very highly of the team at this location. I made a short phone call to a live person, and in no time I had all of the information on what we needed to get started. This purchasing process was the simplest real estate transactions due to Heritage working so quickly with my realtor to get the job done. Called Heritage with a problem needing proof that my land was paid off and not in a HOA. Closing is set for Monday at 9 a.m. I am calling them on Tuesday asking if they have anything that can help me. They sent me something but lender said it wouldnt work. Sent them an email that night. First thing the next morning they send me original loan, and release of lien - exactly what my lender needed. Laura Thomason Scott is awesome. So closing will happen Monday at 9 all thanks to her. Great place to get loans, but also they go above and beyond even after they are paid off. Thank you so much Laura Thomason Scott. I appreciate what you did for me.
