    Stephen Ferris is an incredible ambassador for Interlinc Mortgage. He is a straight shooter and a terrific human being. Over the course of almost 3 months he worked with us as we put offers on not one... not two... but FIVE different houses. The whole time he was positive and cordial. He unfailingly responded to calls and texts in a timely manner and took the time to explain things in plain English. He simultaneously took on the role of teacher, coach, and cheerleader as we worked our way through the mortgage lending process. He stayed on top of us to make sure we were ahead of schedule and (sure enough) everything went off without a hitch the day of closing! Stephen is good at what he does. I look forward to working with him again for our next home.

    I had a great experience with Texas Capital Lending (TCL). I know anyone reading my feedback would ask the obvious question, why I did not rate them a five star right? The agents at TCL are very professional and I would say caring. They answered pretty much all of my questions and concerns whenever I spoke to someone. But the whole home loan borrowing process was a bit frustrating and excruciating, anyone who has gone through this process knows what I am talking about. The only reason I am not giving TCL five stars is because our down payment amount was changed (increased a bit), thereby preventing us from receiving some balance from the home closing check we had for the title company. But overall, TCL is a good lending company and they are very accommodative to their clients requests. They helped us close the deal earlier than scheduled - big thank you for that.
