I had the pleasure of working with Teddy Moosa. It was an excellent experience. Teddy definitely goes above and beyond for his clients. Whenever there was a question or concern he was always available directly with just one phone call and often on the first/second ring he would answer. He was timely with his estimates and had a great communication with our real estate agent. Teddy worked weekends to try to get us the best quotes possible. He made our first house buying experience an efficient and simple process. Definitely recommend!

Definitely had a great experience working with Teddy Moosa! He worked very hard to fulfill our matters, even when difficult situations occurred. He understood our needs and took care of them. He is efficient, dedicated, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was always communicating and letting us know the status of the application. He responded back to us as quickly as possible whenever we called/emailed him. Whenever we had questions or concerns about the application, he was always ready to answer or find the solution to resolve that matter. Having him as the mortgage broker was not only amazing but a blessing. I would, for sure, recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in financing. If you need assistance with financing or any other services, Teddy will definitely help you out, and you will not be disappointed!

Teddy was the best broker we could have chosen to assist with the purchase of our home. I was shopping around and had spoken with many brokers, and Teddy was, by far, the most resourceful, proactive and always responded promptly, besides having the best rates and offers.
