I have always loved TDECU but I have to give some amazing praise to Monica Glover. I came in today to the Garland branch to get my name changed and add my husband to my account. Monica was so personable and engaging that I didnt even realize that we had been there for over an hour. She was absolutely fantastic and I will be sure to go back to this location for as long as Monica is around. TDECU, youre doing it right and hiring the right people. Thank you as always for being so fantastic to your members.

Great customer service. I highly recommend Monica, if you are looking to get approved for a loan. We got great interest rate. She’s the way to go! Staff is all very friendly and helpful! Answered all of our questions and explained the benefits of having an account with them!
