What a wonderful experience! Went in to open a business account and had the pleasure of interacting with Amy while joining. She was so friendly and so helpful! She explained each part of the process thoroughly and guided us in the right direction for the products we needed to help our business grow and expand. Not only did she make the process easy, but it was such a refresher to find someone so kind and genuinely interested in who we are as individuals and business owners. My husband and I both walked away feeling valued, that makes all the difference to us. If I could give my experience 11/10 stars, I would. Amy, thank you again for all of your effort and for helping our dreams come true!

This is the BEST bank Ive ever had. People putting 1 or 2 stars because they was having a bad day, but Everyone in here is the absolute best! They become your family for real. This is truly a great bank and I am a customer for almost 2 years and have had absolutely no problems

Very impressed with the Ft Worth Branch of TDECU. Wanted to join a CU with a good Promotional CD rate. Chose TDECU. Drove to Garland Branch from Flower Mound, and did not join due to unfriendly and unhelpful employees. Later, drove to Ft. Worth Branch and was helped by very friendly/competent lady, Prudence. This Branch is far superior to the Garland Branch.We obtained a high interest CD and highly recommend them.Phil
