Anyone who put less than 5 stars was not helped by Ryan Rodriguez. Ryan was present and acknowledged my presence immediately. He had the most welcoming personality and so helpful. Ryan made my month by giving me info. about using my credit card out of the country with no extra fees. Ryan, I am so grateful to you and I hope TDECU is just as grateful for you.

I live in Katy and make the drive here bcs of the amazing staff.I have worked with Ryan a few times with several week between and each time he recognizes me and we chat as he is processing my withdraws. He is genuinely a kind person. The other young agents are wonderful as well. Regretfully I do not know thier names.They are all ready with genuine smile and a heart to serve you. So knowledgeable about even the most out there questions.If I can wait till a weekend to come here I do!

I dont understand the other 1 star review??? This Branch provided some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced at any financial institution. Im really glad I discovered this gem of a credit union, while banking with them over the last year, they have yet to charge me a single fee. Alex was just fantastic to work with, he had me in and out in a matter of minutes on a new loan. I could not endorse/recommend this credit union more. Chandraka was also very friendly. Go by this Branch and be amazed at what true customer service feels like

Although I have never been to the physical location, the customer service I received over the phone and internet is A+++. Alex Peters provided the best customer service I have ever received from a bank. He worked with me to find the best options and saved me $$$$.I didnt have to go their physical location in the middle of a pandemic. And when I could not be on the phone, he patiently worked with me through emails. Thank you, TDECU! And thank you, Alex P. for the excellent customer service. Youre a godsend!

If I could give ten stars for the services provided by TDUCE representative Ola Falaki - I would. It was my second time applying for the loan with TDUCE at the Cypress location. After providing all the requested documentation, I was able to receive the desired amount within less than 24 hours. Ola is very kind and professional. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I cant thank him enough for his outstanding customer service. I highly recommend referring to TDUCE Credit Union.

I recently married and moved to the cypress area. My new wife and I wanted to try to open an account with a credit union because of my having had a great experience with them at my previous home town. Ola was friendly and very helpful in getting us all set with a new checking and savings accounts and I ended up refinancing my vehicle with TDECU because they offered great rates that beat where my truck loan had been! I called the 1-800 number yesterday and the agent told me to go to the branch to request for a new debit card. So I went to the location at West Road because its closer to home. Ms. Chandrika was there to assist me. She was so accommodating. She issued a new debit card for me after she found out that my card is bad. She did an excellent customer service! Thank you, Ms. Chandrika and TDECU.
