I highly recommend working with Taylor Crowell at VIP mortgage. She is an excellent communicator, responsive and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Any time I had a question or needed a clarification we had a quick phone call and my questions were answered. She is understanding, flexible and most of all honest which was a paramount for me.

We would definitely recommend Ms Crowell, she is a professional and competent Loan Officer. VA Loan process is generally painful and long in its nature. Ms Crowell explained everything ( I mean everything) in simple, easy to understand language, she never forgot to call back or respond to hundreds of questions we had and was available through the whole process. Her professional advice saved us some $$ as well. Thank you for you assistance!
