Tanya and her team were ABSOLUTELY wonderful! She was answered EVERY question with such honesty and openness that after coming from a realtor and their preferred lender who lied, made excuses, talked down to me like I hadnt spent months researching and than trying to use the VA as an excuse( too long to explain) but they were absolutely trying to blame things on the VA that we already knew were false I was very hesitant to reach out to someone else. On the recommendation from @Emily Jo Nelson to reach out to Tanya, she COMPLETELY turned what was quickly turning into a horrible experience to an amazing, fast, and memorable experience in buying our first house... You really wont find anyone better.. Thanks again Tanya for making this Christmas (2024) our first in our forever home.
