I wanted to take advantage of the low interests rate and refinance my home. In these uncertain times every dollar that I can save matters. So I first started the process with a top mortgage company and I wasn’t happy with their service. The communication was horrible and I felt like the process took entirely too long (3 months). I had spoke to a friend about my unpleasant refinance process with the previous lender and they referred me to Marlon. The situation with the previous mortgage company was becoming such a headache so I gave Marlon a shot.....Best decision ever! Not only was the process simple, his team provided fast responses to my questions and they were able to offer a better interest rate than the other mortgage company. On top of that, they were able to complete the process in under 3 weeks! Marlon and his team exceeded my expectations. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that will get it right the first time.
