Suzanne Michaels and her team are second to none when it comes to mortgages. My wife and I have used them to purchase 2 houses and refinance twice and each time were treated like new clients with first class service and amazing communication. I cant say enough good things about their level of efficiency, accuracy, and follow through. Ive heard Suzanne say that excellence is my minimum standard and she truly lives up to it...every single time. When you think about it Suzanne is helping you purchase the place where you will create lifes memories (like below)...its a special relationship and she is the best Ive ever experienced.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Suzanne and her entire team at Barton Hills Mortgage. As a first time home buyer the loan pre-approval process was foreign and intimidating. Suzanne offered guidance every step of the way and was always more than willing to answer my many questions. Her response time and communication were fantastic every step of the way! She was extremely knowledge, generous with her time, and professional. We did our due diligence and were pre-approved with multiple lenders. We ended up going with Suzanne because she worked hard to get us the lowest interest rate and closing costs. She offered incredible transparency throughout the entire loan process and went out of her way to make sure that we understood exactly what we were paying and responsible for. I will definitely reach back out to Suzanne and her team when we are ready to refinance or consider a new home loan!

I had a very difficult home purchase with multiple closing dates pushed back, and Suzanne professionally guided us through all of the locking and re-locking challenges. There is no way we could have completed this purchase without her and her patient expertise. Todays home purchase environment is challenging and I am grateful to have had Suzanne to get us over the finish line. If I could give her and her team more stars I would. Just excellent!

The process is always seamless, she is always quick to respond, and if a roadblock does arise, she always seems to have a solution. I have worked with Suzanne for over a decade and can not recommend her more highly! Ive used her personally several times over the years - I am self employed and its usually a nightmare getting a loan - not with Suzanne.
