As my former self, mentioned below, Sutherland Mortgage is very proactive in the posture when supporting their customers. They seek the best rates and best overall value for you. This has been my experience for many years purchasing my home in TX, refinancing for better rates, then purchasing another home in AZ. Noel Shah has supported me in this process time and time again. His services is consistent and his expertise would be hard to beat. If I have a requirement to refinance Noel and Sutherland Mortgage will be my first call!!!Sutherland Mortgage facilitated my homes original 15 year mortgage as well as our subsequent refinance to take advantage of lower rates. Noel and Rohit worked with us and I have to say their knowledge and understanding of the various nuances make the process simple and worry free. He took care of everything and all I had to do was make decisions and he would get on it right away. I will never use another loan coordinator when I need help with refinance or purchase. I couldn’t have possibly gone with a better mortgage company! Bruce and Rohit made my experience buying my first home absolutely incredible and stress free. Not only did they give me an unheard of low interest rate (that not one single other company could come close to matching), they gave me sound advice and held my hand and walked me through the detail oriented process. This is the second time I’ve refinance with Sutherland Mortgage. I refinance 5 years ago at a very reasonable closing cost. Quite frankly, the competition was not even close. After 5 years, the time was ripe to refinance at a lower interest rate, reduce my terms, and leaving my payments to be almost the same. I choose Sutherland Mortgage and again Daniel at the company delivered as promised. Again their closing cost was almost 50% less than the competition. I highly recommend this company for low cost closing.

I did my first mortgage when I bought my house back in 2014 and since then I have Refianance twice. Sutherland mortgage has far exceeded in customer service. All three times I dealt with the agen names “Chester (Abhijeet)”. Chester (Abhijeet) was very friendly and always kept me in the loop all three times. He ensured that I was pre-qualified before I bought the house and worked with me at every step during the purchase process. He took personal care that I was satisfied with the rates and monthly mortgage amount. He evened took curtesy to call me later and helped me refinance to remove my PMI, the second time along as well he called me after years to help me find the lowest interest rate on 20 year loan. He personally takes care of his clients and keeps track of interest rate so that his clients receive the best service. He took care of all the paperwork and made the whole process very easy with online paperwork and having the notary agent come to my home when needed. He even worked and got me around to not do the appersial third time along. We shopped around and she was the winner!! Nettie Bird is up to date on all the laws and regulations. We learned this during the process while shopping around. It is so concerning that many are not up to date. So many lenders tell you what you want to hear but in the end will cost you the loan/house. She stays on top of everything and was always readily available pretty much 24/7. This made the process very comforting and easy . We also learned this during our process. Others we were considering were always so hard to get a hold of which made It so very frustrating. We were able to get the best rate possible because she took the time to shop around and knew when to wait to lock in a better rate etc.. Nettie handled our thousand questions, different scenarios and time crunch issues with outstanding professionalism. She is one lender that is on top of her game!
