Juanita Biles handled my loan for my much needed new home after suffering a loss of my childhood home due to hurricane Helene. I cant believe how quick it was from start to finish to actually move into the home! It was approximately a 4 week process, and probably could have been less if we moved the sell of the old property sooner. She is truly dedicated to providing the best service possible to all of her clients. What I thought was truly remarkable was that I could call her on a whim with a problem or question, and she’d have an answer immediately or be able to find a suitable solution quickly. She even called me while on vacation to Disney to answer a question, which I honestly felt guilty about, but it goes to show how dedicated she is. We love working with Jim Fisher at Supreme Lending. The reasons are many, but here are a few: (1) we are able to communicate with him throughout the process. Unlike brick and mortar banks, we can contact Jim outside of normal work hours or work days and reach him or get a call back within a reasonable time; (2) His knowledge is amazing. Jim has seen it all and is a strategic thinker. If problems come up, we are able to work through them. Also, he is able to advise the clients if there is a better product for that particular buyer and situation; (3) Unlike a lot of lenders, Jim closes deals ON TIME or EARLY. It is extremely rare to have an extension with one of Jims loans; and (4) I have seen him get things done when other lenders have failed. There have been instances where a buyer and their agent bring another lender and begin the loan, only to find out weeks later that the loan is not going to work out. In those instances, I always ask that agent to contact Jim and see if there is anything he can do. More often than not, Jim is able to save the transaction.For all of these reasons and more, I highly recommend Jim Fisher.
