Eric was upbeat, positive and enthusiastic. It is clear that he loves what he does and is very good at it. There were a lot of unexpected hiccups along the way and he handled each one with professionalism and comforting words to encourage us. We did a refi in July with Supreme Lending. We dealt some with Nick Patton but mostly with Frank Craig. We have never had such an amazing experience with what sometimes can be a difficult situation. Frank walked us through step by step, answered ALL of our questions and made sure we knew exactly what was going on through out the entire process. He was so helpful and nice every time we talked to him and was so quick to get back to us. He is so knowledgeable and explained everything and made it so easy to understand. We cant thank him enough for making this such an easy task and we couldnt imagine doing this kind of business with anyone else!
