Every single interaction I had with the team was very professional and incredibly helpful.     Amazing team, these professionals went above and beyond to make my loan close on time while answering all my questions.     Sun City Home loans saved us from signing a very bad deal with another lender. The other lender ended charging us more closing costs than we had previously agreed to. Leaving a bad taste in our mouth we sent our loan estimate to Joe and told us how bad these people were taking advantage of us. My client had gone with a loan from an internet based company. 5 days before we were scheduled to close they denied my clients loan because he worked for a family business.     Oly Perez was awesome to work with. I had previously looked at GECU and Perl Mortgage and they could not help me. GECU was very rude and told me I could not afford the house I wanted.
