    Building comes with its own set of stressors, therefore the people you choose for the process can make the experience easier. We highly recommend Paul as he was one of those people for us. The thought of closing on our home and making the right calls at the final stage of our building journey was overwhelming, but Paul helped us with every question we had, he went above and beyond answering his phone after hours and sometimes even weekends. He made sure to get us the best interest rate possible and made the final stage of our experience a great one. What we thought would be the hardest stage ended up being smooth and we were able to enjoy the ending process.

    After starting the process of building a house and getting approved, the mortgage company I was working with denied the loan. The house was almost complete and I had no loan to pay for it. After speaking to the contractor about the situation, he refer me to Paul Morales, President/Sr. Mortgage Lender with Structure Finance LLC. The contractor reached out to him in the morning and I got an appointment with him in the afternoon. When meeting with Mr. Morales, he was able to understand my situation and gave me peace, hope and help me get the loan in about three months or less.     Paul and his team made our dream of owning our first home come true. Although other companies would have been able to do it, Nations gave us the lowest interest rate. Overall, we had a relatively good experience. Everyones situation varies, but they worked hard to get us approved. Dont be frustrated if they keep asking you for documents. Itll be worth it in the end. Communication was excellent. Paul is happy to talk to you and doesnt seem to get frustrated when you ask stupid questions.     As a first-time home buyer, the process of obtaining a mortgage can be quite overwhelming. Paul Morales and his team walked me step by step through the entire process to ensure I understood all the requirements. I also specified that I also needed to get into the home as quick as possible (max of 60 days) due to my lease being up soon. Since my job keeps me on the road, signing papers in person would prolong the process and Paul was able to have all the documents sent to me via email so that I could sign electronically. When I needed to submit supporting documents, I was also able to upload them on the go. Paul’s attention to my requirements and the constant communication back and forth to keep me updated throughout the process not only put my mind at ease, but made it possible to stay on track with our deadline and close in 45 days!     As a first time home buyer, I wasnt really sure what to do. When Id contacted a real estate agent, they let me know that I needed to be preapproved in order to begin looking at houses. I called three places before Nations Lending but they all wanted my information before answering any of my questions. But when I contacted Nations Lending, they were so quick to answer ALL of my questions before asking for anything! I knew right away that this company was different.     First time home owners here. Nobody in our family could help explain to us how to buy a home. We didnt know where to go. We looked up info in the internet on youtube, blogs, etc. We were extremely inexperienced to the whole process or of importance of taking care of our credit scores. Everyone including Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Security Service Federal credit Union, Quicket Loans, personal realtors, teacher programs for buying homes and so forth has denied us. All of them made it seem like we had to have a ton of money to start. All of them made us seem like we were looking at the wrong time and we didnt have enough credit age, score, and money. We had low scores; I a 640 and he a 580 and less than a $5000 saved. We didnt have enough for those places. And neither of these places told us with every inquiry they made on our credit our scores were going lower. We felt so lost. I kept looking cause people told me there was lenders who took low scores. of course other factors come into play, such as job stability, length of job, money you have saved, credit history, bills you pay, recommendations, and up to 2 years or more of tax returns. I kept looking on my own with full time job as a teacher and my husband with a full time job as service technician. We found Paul and it was answer to what we had been searching for. We were given the numbers and various scenarios according to down payment and years of mortgage and so forth. We did it on our own. Sellers had no realtor and we barely had enough to pay our own realtor. We did it on our own running back and forth getting paperwork needed and always on the phone with Paul or Nora if I wasnt sure of something. We were approved in a month and a half! Of course, everyones situation is different but before we met them we had lost most hope. Now he is helping my dad get approved for a home 1 year later. I will keep recommending Paul and his staff. Paul, Nora, and a couple of others were extremely attentive and we are SO GRATEFUL. THANK YOU.
