SUPERIOR SERVICE! I have worked with dozens of lenders in my career and Steve was brought to us by a builder. You never know how that is going to go because of the partnership between them… well Steve knocked our socks off! We ended up buying with another builder, clients rates were amazing as were their incentives. Steve and his team got us the CTC in less than 10 days. HE EVEN CAME TO OUR CLOSING!!
