May people know of a mortgage agent, some use the person the realtor recommends, but are they Steve Braslow? If not, you may want to reconsider! I was introduced to Steve by a real estate attorney. He was uber efficient, very knowledgeable of available programs, diligent, and precise. His friendly demeanor and open communication made the process very smooth. I knew what was happening the entire time. No surprises at the end, other than a little extra money! Since that initial mortgage, my sister used him, her realtor switched over and started referring clients to him, and I purchased another home. When I tell you you’re in good hands, you won’t be disappointed. Follow his lead and you will have an exceptional experience and a mortgage on settlement day!
