There is a lot to say about our home buying experience with Stephanie Cypert. It was our first home purchase, and i had heard nightmare stories about buying a home. Stephanie however made sure that I was never in the dark, and that I understood what was happening every step of the way. we were never overwhelmed, and always knew what to expect next. She was always quick to respond /reach out to us regarding any questions we might have. Everything moved rather quickly! Her knowledge of the loan process, and what the next steps were going to be was the reason we were able to close early.thank you Stephanie.

HONEST REVIEW:After talking to several banks I thought my Refi was impossible. However, Stephanie made it SUPER easy.She was patient with me as I forgot to sign some paper work (more than once) and she was still able to get us to the close.I saved almost 2% interest doing this refi! 7.89 DOWN TO 5.9I felt like with other banks there was SO MUCH RED TAPE to jump through but Stephanie made it easy!It was so easy I figured it wasnt going to go through but we got it done!Thank you Stephanie!

Stephanie Cypert with Southwest Funding created a personalized experience for our family. This was our third time using Southwest to finance; once on the initial purchase, once to refi, and this time to cash out on equity for a land acquisition. All this was done with the VA and Stephanie made the process seamless even with a hiccup on our end getting our home to standard for the VA and approval. She was able to troubleshoot some bad credit I had as well as an issue with my wifes W2s. I laid out a timeline and goals with Stephanie, and she kept all parties involved on track. Thanks to her amazing work our family now owns land up in the mountains! Thank you Stephanie and Southwest Founding for helping bring our dream to reality.

Stephanie is amazing! If you are looking for a loan officer that knows her stuff then look no further. She went above and beyond on my last 2 houses, she will be honest and not just tell you what you want to hear,she will give you the good and the bad possibilities in every situation. I still have questions to this day about something and she responds promptly; months after closing. When I refinance it will be with her , if I ever get another mortgage it will be with her! I really cant express in words how Stephanie helped us through the loan process! She is awesome and someone you want to work with during those stressful times. She answered all of our questions, even the questions we didnt know we had :-). She was very responsive via email and phone and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We will def be using her in the future. Oh and she is not part of big call center type business which was awesome - you deal with her directly and no one else which helps with missing and already submitted paperwork.

She is BEST loan officer ever. I worked with her for my first home buying experience at East Texas. She helped me a lot. I did not know anything but with her everything was very easy.Process was very smooth. She always informed me about the details and we did closing without having any problem. 3 years later, I found a new job and I am moving back to Frisco area. I remember and called her again. And she did great job again. Late evening or weekend or anytime she responded to my phone or emails. I got another great service again. I signed the papers and I got my key for my new house yesterday without having any problem.She is also very friendly person and know what she is doing. Just leave yourself to her hands. She will organize everything for you. I strongly advise her to anyone who wants to buy new house with very good service and rates.

After a lifetime of great credit life threw us a curve ball. We found ourselves having to file bankruptcy and our credit was ruined. Our house was paid for but with bad credit it was impossible to get an equity loan. Until, Stephanie. She was amazing, she got us approved for an arm loan & said in a year or so when our credit improved she could get us into a fixed rate loan. True to her word & with our much improved credit we were approved in a fixed rate loan. Stephanie was awesome, she worked so hard on our behalf & we cant thank her enough.

Stephanie was so great and seamless that I barely even remember having to do any of the processes! She was extremely efficient, thorough, and precise in her communication. I sent her all of our documentation once and that was it. No back and forth and no miscommunication. Will use again if I even go through the process of moving again (hopefully not!)
