I don’t even know where to begin. Virginia worked with me for about a year and a half before I was under contract. She helped me set realistic goals and she educated me about buying a home before I was even qualified to purchase one. She helped me repair my credit and she helped me get my tax transcripts when I was having trouble getting them. She stayed on top of everything from start to finish throughout the whole process. I am forever greatful for her tireless efforts, hard work, and dedication to get me into my beautiful home. Virginia is the absolute BEST at what she does and her work ethic is superb. Working with Virginia was amazing. She helped me get my credit together and up to a point where I could get my loan. Even when I was too busy to think straight, she would inevitably pop in, and remind me what I needed to do, and when it needed to be done, so I never missed a deadline or an opportunity. She was ALWAYS working. It seemed like she was NEVER out of reach. Day and night, even a weekend or two. She hung in there over the 6 months it took me to get my credit straight, and when it was time to buy, it was done so fast and efficiently that I almost wasnt ready!
