    Everyone at my local branch of South Star Bank are helpful and friendly.The mobile app and the online banking though, arent very user friendly. (Ive done online banking for years elsewhere.)

    Jeff was extremely helpful, the company that bought our loan drastically messed up the payment amount, even though Jeff Harris was feeling ill, and had other work scheduled, he took time to make the connections with the new company, explained the situation and got it fixed immediately. For us that phone call meant a really big relief. Thank you Jeff Harris
