I have been doing business with South Star Bank from the time they entered the Austin Metro market and have always been impressed with products and services. I work with Melissa Swift, Branch Manager at the Lakeway Branch for day to day business including but, not limited to sending and receiving wire transfers, some of which are international. Melissa and the Lakeway staff are always prompt, professional and get it right the 1st time with excellent follow through. The same high level of service is provided by Commercial Loan Officer JW Smith and his staff at the Round Rock/1431 Branch!
