Always an amazing experience. The friendliest staff who are always smiling and enjoy taking care of customers. The staff at this branch of southside Bank is Amazing. I would recommend this bank for anyone looking for that personal touch in their banking experience.

Im blown away by the friendly and professional employees at this bank, as well as the services they provide. Even though I have very little money, I was treated like a Rockefeller. The manager of the bank even made a point to welcome me to the bank. You only need $25 to open a checking account, there are no fees or minimum balances and you even earn interest. Its also remarkable that they allow an overdraft of $800 for a fee of only $29. I can almost guarantee you that wherever you are banking, this is better.

This is my business checking bank and they just recently opened my sons jr. checking account! Everyone is friendly, it’s not over crowded, and they are quick to get you in and out regardless of the time of day! If you’re looking for a place to bank this is it! Lena is amazing her associates are efficient and friendly! So glad I took a chance here!

It is no surprise this location is near 5 stars. I work in the financial industry as well and had a mutual customer who needed to negotiate a large Southside check. I called several locations where managers immediately ended my call with obstacle on why they could not assist our mutual customer. Lina immediately took ownership of the matter and found alternatives to help. In addition, Lina followed up with me to communicate the resolution of the matter. Thank you again, Lina for your leadership. You hold true attributes that define a successful branch manager.

I was one of the founders that opened Fort Worth National Bank. Since it was purchased by Southside Bank, I have continued to drive from Mansfield to the southwest Arlington branch due to the friendly and professional in-person service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a first class bank, that sincerely puts its customers first, to visit one of the branches.Ed Farmer

Top notch customer service. Feels like everyone in the branch desires to know my name, and meet my needs. Ive had a few problems with them right after they took over OmniAmerican, but they made it right, ever since then they have taken care of us in extraordinary ways. This is a great bank!
