I had to deal with a scam where I was cheated out of 535.84 and Shelby Kahana helped me to get ahold of the scammers and demand for a refund 😑 I ended up with a refund of all my money but 39.00 so God bless you Shelby and thank you for taking the time to even care about your customers the way you do...faithfully your customer. Shelby Kahana was the exact person we needed to see today. My father very recently passed and we accompanied my mom to handle some banking. Shelby looked over our documents, gave mom options which may better serve her in the future, as well as she advised and aided mom make the wise decisions going forward. I’m the daughter and I was extremely blessed by Shelby’s knowledge, professional approach but most of all her eagerness to accommodate my mom during this unprecedented time of her life. The 30th of this month, they will have been married 74 years. Mom will need Shelby going forward! A perfect 10 out of 10 for our experience today! Thanks Shelby!
