Today I walked into Soarion Credit Union of which I’ve been a member for 28 years! That alone should tell you … I like this credit union. I was immediately greeted by both Jordan and Melinda at the teller line. Jordan assisted with my transaction of depositing checks into my account. He is very professional, cordial, and courteous. He even excused the fact that the computer was taking a little longer than normal. He thanked me for my business, and wished me a good day. The credit union on lackland AFB is not only convenient for me (across the street from my office) but has the best and very patient workers (tellers).Melinda Markle/Rafael Mota and Jordan Breakfield have consistently helped me not only with my account but also with my mobile app. I have had some issues with my phone and my account and hey do not hesitate when I walk in for help yet again.I am in the retail business and you just do not see the customer service like your use to. But this credit union has it all.Please commend your associates for their customer service and patient it is a rare service nowadays. They exemplify service.Thank you.
