Unrecognized Pure Talent ❗I would like to take this opportunity to recognize a truly knowledgeable member of Soarian Credit Union, recently I experienced embarrassing situation with trying to purchase groceries and gas. My debit card indicated access denied...called the customer service line and was passed on to another representative and again back to the beginning...long story short...two days later still unable to use my debit card until I drove to Braun Rd, Soarion credit Union and spoke with Christine... explained the situation and no more than mins later ❗ problems solved ❗ please take time to let recognize Christines talent and problem solving skills!Thank youBernard HawkinsRet.Airforce

I went to the branch by my house on Braun Rd. to report fraud on my account. The young man that helped me was Gregory Aniagg he works at another branch but was helping out here today. He was very patient and understanding. Walked me through everything. He saw that the card used on the fraud was a card I had previous year and serenderd the card when I received new card. He made sure old card was closed, filled out fraud report and reviewed it with me. He is definitely an asset to Sorian Credit Union and deserves management recognition and a raise. He is awesome and made my day so much better.Thank you,Heidi Carson
