As a realtor, it’s really important to have quality vendors in your database that serve as an extension of you and your brand. I’ve done a couple of deals with Shelley now and have to say, she is a superstar! She communicates effectively, efficiently and with consistency… something some lenders nowadays are lacking. She operates with full transparency and you always know where things stand. If there’s a bump in the road, she comes to you immediately, not just with the problem but with a solution prepared. I love how she goes to bat for my clients when listing agents call her to vet their loan qualifications. My clients have always been incredibly satisfied with her services and so have I…. can’t recommend her enough!!

WOW! Shelly and her team did an amazing job closing our loan in 3 weeks!! And that was after the first few days of the seller starting off wanting a 6 week close. We even had an inspector that almost screwed up the entire deal because of his/her report. Her team stayed in constant contact throughout the process. I strongly recommend using them, and would again in a heartbeat if/when we buy another home. They were so easy to work with.

This was our fourth home purchase and the loan process has never been been so easy. Seriously. Shelly was an amazing partner. From start to finish, she was on the ball. She had answers to all of our questions and was very patient with her explanation of various processes specific to Texas. I would also like to note that Shellys closing cost estimates were on target (absolutely no surprises or inflated add-ons on the day of) and we actually ended up with an even lower rate than expected - becaues Shelly was so tuned into flucuating market rates. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend Shelly for both novice and experienced buyers.
