My husband and I were first time home buyers and Sheila made everything in the loan process easy to understand. Other loan officers we considered weren’t comparable. Sheila answered all of our questions, was extremely transparent, and was always available, regardless of the time! Also ability to be able to take out cash (whereas the prior agent couldnt) was a big bonus for me and my family.
